Comments: I discovered Swift social while going through the list of social media marketing software here. After going through the reviews the only part that interested me, was the "frames" feature. So I decided to signup for a trial version, it was a very good decision."Frames" is like a mix of hello bar with sniply/start a fire.
The Swift Social dashboard while somewhat crowded but simple and self-explanatory.Swift social comes with features that make it one of the best social media managers for small businesses. The "Grow" tab gives you suggestions on who to follow, based on your account interests, who you follow, and your followers. The grow tab also give you suggestion on who to unfollow as well as let you find competitor or authority and follow their followers.
What I like about this is that as it gives you suggestion on who to follows, it also gives you information on how likely or unlikely that that person would follow you back. That way you can choose to follow accounts with a high or medium chance of following you back. The "Publish" tab helps you find and manage feeds from influencers or blogs that are related to your industry/ target audience. One great thing about this is that you can schedule up to 25 posts from this feeds, to your facebook or twitter, complete with the hashtags you added in "Account Interests" This means that your facebook or twitter would never be inactive as there would always be posts made to your account from those blogs you added to your feed.Even better is the ability to add frames to all the links in the scheduled posts. The frames can be used to drive traffic to your website or to collect email addresses. Imagine having 25 posts sent automatically with hashtags relevant to the post, now imagine all those posts containing a hello bar to help you draw traffic to your website or to help you build your mailing list.In the "Promote" tab, you can create frames. Frames are simply put, CTA bars on every post with a link that you share. Frames can be used to drive traffic to a website, promote multiple URLs, get email subscribers or grow your social media following. It is a great way for bloggers to earn affiliate income also. The "Analyse" tab like the name implies gives you an analytic summary of what Swift Social has been doing for you. The analytics feature is now where near a powerful as SMHacks but it is rather similar to other SM managers.
Pros: It is the has the best in-built social media content generating feature.
The Frames feature is a great way to gain email subscribers, draw traffic to a website and to promote affiliate links.
The Engage feature is a great way to find relevant content to like and retweet.
Cons: The customer care is a bit slow to reply. I'm a DIY person who rarely ever seeks out a customer care unless I'm stuck or I can't figure something out on my own. Their late reply frustrated me.

Features & Functionality
Value for Money
Comments: I used to use a combination of Buffer and Snip.ly to post articles to my followers and embed a small little promo for my blog but it was very time consuming. SwiftSocial has so many advanced features that allow me to setup feeds of content from blog that my follwers will consume whilst adding promos to my blog and even collect emails.
Pros: Wow everything! Frames is by far the most powerful marketing tool available for twitter, its like having paid as but without the paid bit!
Cons: Only supports twitter (for now, it does say facebook and linkedin coming soon)
